Returns 

 At Alvott, we strive to produce the best quality skincare products and we aim for our customers to be satisfied with their experience with us. Should you need to make a return or exchange on your purchase, you have 27 days from the time you received your order.

 Products must be returned in unopened, new, and unused condition to be eligible for return or exchange. Items that do not follow our policy guidelines will not be refunded.
